Following last year success of memory dump analysis audit Classic and Virtuoso SLA packages we are excited to introduce monthly subscription rates based on requests from our customers. The following Performance SLA monthly subscription package is available from the 1st of March, 2012:

Price for USA/Canada customers: USD 1,500 / month (with NDA: USD 3,000 / month)
Price for EMEA customers: Euro 1,300 / month (with NDA: Euro 2,000 / month)
3 incidents per month with response time 3 working days + 1 incident per month with response time 1 working day
Minimum contract length: 3 months
Subscription is automatically renewed unless notified 30 days in advance

Discounts are possible for longer contracts. Please ask for a quote.

If there are more incidents during any month then standard one-off Performance or Virtuoso SLA rates apply (depend on incident severity level).
